VCI® 325 is a ready-to-use compound that provides high protection against corrosion on metal surfaces.
The product can be used both preventively, i.e. on new metal, and during removal and protection from corrosion of metal surfaces.
Advantages: VCI 325 guarantees the protection of metal surfaces through a dual action.
Once applied to the metal surface, it develops a mechanical barrier that prevents atmospheric agents from attacking the metal through oxidation. At the same time, the molecules of the VCI 325 protective agent self-condense on the surface, producing other molecules which, in the form of vapour, penetrate the metal mass and thus provide additional corrosion protection.
The protective layer regenerates itself thanks to the continuous emission and self-condensation of vapours.
Fields of application: VCI 325 is recommended for: carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium alloys, galvanised steel, brass (< 30% Zn), copper.
Dosage: approximately 1 L / 40 m² of surface area.
Packaging: 19, 10 and 5 L buckets.
