ESTRALL 40/ES is a solid lubricant in 500 g blocks, formulated with special waxes and micronised graphite for cold extrusion of aluminium. It improves mechanical properties through work hardening, ensures precise dimensional tolerances with less finishing work, achieves high-quality oxide-free surfaces and increases process productivity thanks to its high adhesion to the material.
Fields of application: ESTRALL 40/ES is used in the extrusion and wire drawing industry.
Performance and properties: metal deformations with excellent surface finish, reduced consumption and anti-corrosive properties, with particle size compliant with DIN 4188 (max 2% > 0.04 mm) and ASTM (max 2% > 325 mesh).
Packaging: packaged in 500 g blocks, supplied in 25 kg boxes containing 50 pieces.
