Ready-to-use vegetable release agent for deferred release

VEGESFORM ECO BG is a release agent suitably composed with particular additives that allow easy demoulding and protection of the formwork.
Due to its particular composition it forms a homogeneous film which creates an inert barrier between the formwork and the mixture, improving the exposed effect; VEGESFORM ECO BG is particularly suitable for large-sized products. The VEGESFORM ECO BG release agent does not contain solvents or substances dangerous for the health of operators and, therefore, the application of particular risk, danger or safety symbols on the packages is not required.

Fields of use: VEGESFORM ECO BG has been specifically designed to be used as a release agent for smooth or rough formwork, in steel, wood or concrete.
It is a ready-to-use release agent which, due to its particular effectiveness, is recommended for spray application to avoid excessive quantities of use.
It can also be applied at low temperatures and does not alter the original color of the concrete; allows the subsequent treatment of unreinforced surfaces with water-based paints, varnishes or plasters.

Use and yield: spray a very thin layer of product onto the formwork, using appropriate sprayers and nozzles, or pass a slightly soaked swab over it.

Application: spray, brush, roller.

Packaging: loose in tanker – 1050 lt tank – 210 lt drum – 10 – 25 lt tank.
