{"id":447,"date":"2025-11-18T00:30:41","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T00:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/2fdesign.it\/proind\/?post_type=product&#038;p=447\/"},"modified":"2026-01-29T17:25:49","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T17:25:49","slug":"siriobeton-fa","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/proind.it\/en\/prodotto\/siriobeton-fa\/","title":{"rendered":"Cementitious mixture with microsilicates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>SIRIOBETON FA is a mixture produced with special hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, microsilica, polypropylene fibers, and additives that give it a high degree of workability and adhesion for vertical and overhead applications, with resistance to aggressive external agents.<\/strong> Compliant with UNI EN 1504-3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions for use<\/strong>: completely and thoroughly remove all degraded concrete until a sound surface is obtained, free from loose parts and substances that could impair the adhesion of SIRIOBETON FA to the substrate.<br \/>\nFor repairs with thicknesses greater than 2 cm, it is recommended to install an electro-welded mesh with spacers (at least 1 cm from the substrate) and to provide a concrete cover of at least 1.5\u20132 cm.<br \/>\nMoisten the contact surfaces until complete saturation. Any excess water on the surface or in surface cavities must be removed with compressed air or sponges immediately before application.<br \/>\nMix for approximately 3\u20135 minutes (to obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mixture) in a concrete mixer already containing 2\/3 of the water required for the mix.<br \/>\nAchieve the desired workability by completing the addition of water. The amount of mixing water may vary depending on environmental thermo-hygrometric conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application guidelines<\/strong>: the product is ideal for structural plasters, for reconstructing the geometry of degraded structures, for coating dam walls, channels, viaducts, bridges, and mountain weirs, for creating layers resistant to chloride and sulfate attack, for protecting structures subject to intense freeze\u2013thaw cycles, for producing anti-wear coatings, and for waterproofing tanks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages<\/strong>: thanks to its high adhesive strength, it allows the application of significant thicknesses in a few passes, both with manual application and by means of plastering machines or shotcreting equipment, while ensuring very high abrasion resistance, increased durability against freeze\u2013thaw cycles, an increase in electrical resistivity of more than 25 times, complete absence of bleeding, a significant reduction in waste (up to 15\u201320 times), and excellent resistance to chemical attack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consumption<\/strong>: 19 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> of surface per 1 cm of thickness;<br \/>\nmax aggregate size \u00d8:\u00a01.5\u00a0mm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Packaging<\/strong>: 25 kg bag.[\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=&#8221;Download data sheet&#8221; color=&#8221;orange&#8221; link=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fproind.it%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2026%2F01%2FSIRIOBETON-FA.pdf||target:%20_blank|&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SIRIOBETON FA is a fibre-reinforced, non-shrink, thixotropic cementitious mixture with added microsilicates, perfectly workable with a trowel or plastering machine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":305,"template":"","meta":[],"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[115,123],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-447","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-construction-structural-recovery-products","7":"product_cat-lime-based-anti-shrinkage-cement-mortars","9":"first","10":"instock","11":"shipping-taxable","12":"product-type-simple"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
