[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]SIRIOFIBRE are synthetic fibres for concrete and mortar. The fibres are made from recycled material and therefore comply with European directives to protect the planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SIRIOFIBRE is made from a polymer blend based on white polypropylene, with additives that make it resistant to UV rays and the alkalis present in cement. The particular structure of the fibres (obtained from recycled material and therefore compliant with European directives to protect the planet) ensures rapid and uniform dispersion within the mixtures to which they are added.
\nSIRIOFIBRE can also be easily mixed into anhydrous products and is compatible with any concrete additive produced by Proind.<\/p>\n

Fields of application<\/strong>: plasters; restoration and consolidation; industrial and civil flooring; heating and cooling floors; pots, manholes, fences, pipes, road barriers; exposed concrete; joints; thin and infill slabs; screeds for flooring; prefabricated elements; reinforced and non-reinforced concrete; premixed mortar packaging.<\/p>\n

Method of use<\/strong>: SIRIOFIBRE is added to the concrete mixer or truck mixer directly during the mortar or concrete production phase, taking care to extend the mixing time by at least 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

Advantages<\/strong>: the product offers numerous advantages, including ease of use, increased plasticity and workability of the mixture, uniform distribution of plastic and hydraulic shrinkage stresses with a consequent reduction in cracking, greater resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, carbonation, abrasion and impact, elimination of macro-cracks with increased impermeability of the cement mixture, possibility of replacing non-structural metal meshes, reduction of curing times in formwork with a consequent increase in productivity and improved workability and cohesion of the mixtures.<\/p>\n

Types<\/strong>:
\nSIRIOFIBRE 15\/06 (6 mm for mortars, plasters, etc.);
\nSIRIOFIBRE 15\/12 (12 mm for screeds and flooring);
\nSIRIOFIBRE 15\/18 (18 mm for hot mixes, etc.).<\/p>\n
