Quick and efficient use of SIRIOBETON AC mortar for industrial foundations

When installing an industrial base for painting machinery with iron plinths within a facility under construction, a rapid installation method involves the use of SIRIOBETON AC pouring mortar. This mortar, with a compressive strength equal to or greater than 45 MPa (Class R4), meets the harmonized specification UNI EN 1504-3.

The aim of this presentation is to demonstrate the ease of use of SIRIOBETON AC as a “locking system” on construction sites, thanks to simple and easily understandable products for any operator. SIRIOBETON AC mortar, in line with the philosophy of PROIND S.r.l. products, is easy to apply, allows for quick installation, and offers high final performance.

Preparation and fixing of sheet metal bending machinery

An example of a machine, part of a more complex system used for bending sheet metal, includes the motor and other components intended for attachment to the structure. To ensure the machine’s stable attachment to the concrete base, pockets were created with mechanical drills. These pockets, positioned at a lower level than the work surface, were designed to accommodate anchor bolts, in this case metal bars, precisely sized and placed at the required distance.

A similar procedure was also applied to the fastening of taller structures, such as the towers inside the shafts. In these situations, particular attention was paid to ensuring the stability and strength of the entire structure, adopting appropriate technical solutions to ensure effective anchoring. The use of specific materials and proven methodologies allowed us to manage the towers’ specific constraints, taking into account their complex structural characteristics and the surrounding environment. This approach ensured not only stable assembly but also long-term durability, meeting engineering and operational requirements.
