Fields of application: ALCHIOIL 200 provides exceptional release action between the formwork and the cast element, while simultaneously protecting the formwork from oxidation attacks, which are common with standard release agents. ALCHIOIL 200 contains a well-balanced blend of additives that allow its use for both horizontal and vertical castings, while at the same time providing effective rust protection.
ALCHIOIL 200 is particularly suitable for castings that must undergo forced curing; however, due to its versatility, it can be considered a universal release agent.
ALCHIOIL 200 does not emit unpleasant odors, and the added additives are even used in cosmetics, ensuring the protection and safeguarding of users’ health.
Directions for use: spray a very thin layer of product onto the formwork using suitable sprayers and nozzles, or apply with a lightly soaked pad.
