Universal ultra-low-viscosity release agent with chemical–physical action and extremely high anti-corrosive power: immediate demolding or steam curing of elements with a high degree of fair-faced finish.
ALCHIOIL 400 does not contain substances hazardous to operators’ health and allows the finishing of precast elements with paints or plasters.
Fields of application: ALCHIOIL 400 has been specifically formulated for medium-speed demolding of small- and medium-sized elements and is suitable for steel, wood, or concrete formwork.
ALCHIOIL 400 is a ready-to-use release agent: spray application is recommended, although it can also be applied using traditional methods with a brush or broom.
ALCHIOIL 400 can also be applied at very low temperatures and does not alter the fair-faced finish of the concrete, nor does it create any issues for the application of paints, water-based coatings, or plasters.
Directions for use: apply a very thin layer of ALCHIOIL 400 onto the formwork. Do not apply the product on formwork at very high temperatures (60 °C). ALCHIOIL 400 must not be used on surfaces with temperatures exceeding 40 °C.
Application: by spray, brush, or roller.
Consumption: 1 L / 50 m2 of surface.
Packaging: bulk in tanker; 1050 L tank; 210 L drum; 25 L canister.
