Inverse emulsion degreaser, formulated with special synthetic oils and biodegradable plant-based additives, free from toxic or harmful substances for operators and the environment.
ECOFINISH PLUS guarantees an excellent finish for exposed concrete structures, reducing (even with minimal product use) the formation of macro and micro bubbles and ensuring perfectly uniform surfaces.
Thanks to the use of special inhibitors, it keeps formwork clean and protects it from corrosion. The product is also suitable for delayed demoulding.
Fields of application: ECOFINISH PLUS can be used in all sectors where effective formwork release is required for concrete works or structures. It is therefore suitable for both heavy and light prefabrication and for shipbuilding, in all applications where concrete surfaces of a high aesthetic standard are required.
In the prefabrication sector, the product is suitable for both natural curing and steam curing.
ECOFINISH PLUS is compatible with all types of formwork: metal, treated wood and plastic formwork (polystyrene, rubber, polyurethane, etc.). It is also particularly recommended for applications on vertical surfaces.
Instructions for use and consumption: Apply ECOFINISH PLUS to the formwork using sprayers equipped with comb nozzles, with operating pressures above 4 atm, or with a brush. It is recommended to use small quantities of the product: approximately 20-25 g/m² is sufficient to treat 1 m² of surface area; in the case of absorbent formwork, consumption may reach up to 30 g/m². The best results in terms of formwork removal are generally obtained after 5-10 uses of the same formwork.
Do not apply ECOFINISH PLUS on surfaces with temperatures above 40 °C. Before application, the formwork must be clean and dry: the presence of water or concrete residues prevents the formation of the thin protective film and compromises the release action.
Before pouring the concrete, wait for the water component of the product to evaporate and for a continuous oily film to form on the surface.
Consumption: approximately 25 g/m² of surface area.
Packaging: 1,050 L tank; 210 L drum; 10 or 25 L canister.
Equipment: For quick and extremely economical application of our release agents, we provide dedicated equipment. We recommend using the STAR 25 pump.
