ALCHIOIL 100 W is a release agent formulated with special additives that allow easy demolding and protection of the formwork, with simple application even at low temperatures. Thanks to its particular composition, it forms a uniform film that creates an inert barrier between the formwork and the mix, improving the fair-faced concrete finish. ALCHIOIL 100 W is particularly suitable for large-sized precast elements. Due to its formulation, the product is free from hazard pictograms and does not indicate health hazards for operators.
ALCHIOIL 100 W contains no solvents or substances hazardous to operators’ health and allows finishing of the elements with paints or plasters.

Fields of application: ALCHIOIL 100 W has been specifically developed for use as a release agent for smooth or rough formwork made of steel, wood, or concrete. Suitable both for precasting operations and for general construction.
ALCHIOIL 100 W is ready to use; due to its high effectiveness, spray application is recommended in order to avoid excessive product consumption.
It can also be applied at low temperatures and does not alter the original color of the concrete.
Thanks to the product’s intrinsic characteristics, subsequent treatment of the released surfaces with water-based paints, coatings, or plasters is possible.
Application: spray a very thin layer of product onto the formwork using suitable sprayers and nozzles, or apply with a lightly soaked pad.
