VEGESFORM ECO BG is a release agent specifically formulated with special additives that allow easy demolding and protection of formwork. Thanks to its particular composition, it forms a uniform film that creates an inert barrier between the formwork and the mix, improving the fair-faced concrete finish; VEGESFORM ECO BG is particularly suitable for large-sized precast elements.
The VEGESFORM ECO BG release agent does not contain solvents or substances hazardous to operators’ health; therefore, no specific risk, hazard, or safety symbols are required on the packaging.
Fields of application: VEGESFORM ECO BG has been specifically developed for use as a release agent for smooth or rough formwork made of steel, wood, or concrete. Suitable both for precasting operations and for general construction.
VEGESFORM ECO BG is a ready-to-use release agent; due to its high effectiveness, spray application is recommended in order to avoid excessive product consumption. When applied to surfaces, it does not alter the original color of the concrete and allows subsequent treatment of the released surfaces with water-based paints, coatings, or plasters.
Directions for use: VEGESFORM ECO BG should be sprayed onto the formwork using suitable sprayers and nozzles in a very thin layer, or applied by wiping the formwork with a lightly soaked pad.
Application: by spray, brush, or roller.
Consumption: 1 L / 70 m2 of surface.
Packaging: bulk; 1050 L tank; 210 L drum; 25 L and 10 L canisters.
