SIRIOPEL is a curing compound for concrete, consisting of special resins in aqueous emulsion that form an impermeable film, preventing rapid evaporation of the mixing water.
Directions for use: SIRIOPEL is ready to use; application must be carried out by spraying the product at low pressure immediately after the bleed water has evaporated.
Fields of application: SIRIOPEL is particularly suitable for all horizontal and vertical concrete or mortar surfaces exposed to sun and wind, and in all situations where rapid water evaporation may occur due to high temperatures (floors, slabs, swimming pools, etc.).
Advantages: the speed and ease of application of SIRIOPEL make it advantageous compared to traditional systems such as polyethylene sheets, mats, or continuous water curing. Concrete treated with SIRIOPEL achieves significantly higher mechanical strength than comparable untreated concrete. SIRIOPEL ensures perfect curing for 20–30 days.
Application: by spray.
Consumption: consumption depends on the degree of surface finish of the concrete and environmental conditions. Normally, to protect 1 m2 of surface, 100 g of SIRIOPEL are required when applied by spray, and 150 g when applied by brush.
Packaging: 200 kg drum; 25 kg and 10 kg canisters.
