Water-based emulsion release agent, ready to use, which guarantees an excellent fair-faced finish of precast elements (precast industry), reducing—thanks to very low product consumption—the formation of macro- and micro-bubbles, making the surfaces of the elements perfectly uniform.
Thanks to the use of special inhibitors, ECOFINISH keeps the formwork clean, protecting it from corrosion and making it suitable even for delayed demolding.
ECOFINISH is formulated with special synthetic oils and biodegradable additives of vegetable origin, free from toxic or harmful substances for operators and the environment.
Fields of application: ECOFINISH can be used on smooth or rough formwork made of steel, plywood, or polyester, for releasing any type of concrete, with the exception of earth-moist consistency concrete.
ECOFINISH is also recommended for vertical surfaces.
Directions for use: spray ECOFINISH onto the formwork using sprayers with comb nozzles and operating pressures above 4 atm. ECOFINISH must not be used on surfaces with temperatures exceeding 40 °C.
Application: by spray (pre-compression pump).
Consumption: 1 L / 80 m2 of surface.
Packaging: 1,050 L tank; 210 L drum; 10 L or 25 L canister.
Equipment: for fast and extremely economical application of our release agents, the use of the STAR 25 Pump is recommended.
