Pre-emulsified creamy release agent, ready to use, for vertical surfaces with excellent fair-faced finish (suitable for the precast industry), which does not contain solvents or substances hazardous to operators’ health and allows the finishing of elements with paints or plasters.
Its excellent adhesion to the formwork walls forms a protective film that is not removed by the concrete during casting and ensures perfect surface uniformity. It does not attack the concrete and does not create dust on the formwork.
Fields of application: particularly suitable for demolding prestressed concrete elements or traditional structures that require the use of vertical formwork, with specific requirements for fair-faced finishes.
Directions for use: the covering power of PRONTOSFORM depends on the type of equipment used; optimal consumption is achieved using air-compressed spray systems (airless), where, on average, with 1 liter of product it is possible to treat approximately 30 m² of surface. Shake well before use.
Advantages: PRONTOSFORM does not alter the original color of cement, whether gray or white, and allows the production of smooth, bubble-free elements with excellent fair-faced finishes.
