RAPIDSFORM BIO is a ready-to-use, environmentally friendly release agent that isolates the formwork from the concrete through physical-mechanical action and reacts chemically with the concrete to create an insulating element in the form of a thin film with no actual cohesion, which provides the most effective separation between the concrete and the formwork.
Gives uneven surfaces a uniform appearance with sharp edges. The product does not contain anti-corrosive agents.
Fields of application: RAPIDSFORM BIO is a release agent suitable for any type of concrete poured into metal formwork. It is not recommended for use on polystyrene formwork or other plastic materials. The product is particularly suitable for the immediate release of kerbs, blocks, pipes, manholes and similar structures.
Instructions for use and consumption: Apply a very thin layer of the product to the formwork using sprayers with suitable nozzles, or spread with a slightly dampened pad. Avoid excessive application: quantities greater than necessary may compromise the appearance of the product.
One litre of RAPIDSFORM BIO can treat approximately 60 m² of surface area.
