NUOVO DISARMOIL is a next-generation release agent, formulated with special synthetic oils and very high-quality emulsifiers, free from SVHC substances, ensuring excellent protection of wooden or plywood formwork and helping to maintain its durability and integrity over time.
It appears as a straw-colored oily liquid and does not contain solvents or substances hazardous to operators’ health, allowing the finishing of precast elements with paints or plasters. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN SVHC OR VOC SUBSTANCES.
Fields of application: NUOVO DISARMOIL is particularly suitable for wooden or plywood formwork to obtain concrete with excellent fair-faced finishes. It is recommended to dilute NUOVO DISARMOIL in the suggested ratios, taking care not to use excessively cold water and always pouring the oil into the water, not vice versa.
Directions for use: NUOVO DISARMOIL must be diluted in water at a ratio of 1 part product to 20 parts water. Before application, it is advisable to remove any residues or fragments of hardened concrete from the formwork.
With one liter of properly diluted product, it is possible to treat approximately 100 m² of surface, depending on the wear condition of the wood used.
