EMULSFORM is a next-generation release agent, formulated with special synthetic oils and very high-quality emulsifiers pre-emulsified in water, ensuring excellent protection of wooden or plywood formwork and helping to extend its service life while preserving its integrity.
It appears as a milky white oily liquid and requires further dilution in water before use.
It contains no solvents and, when used according to standard instructions, is not hazardous to operators’ health or to the environment.
Fields of application: EMULSFORM is particularly suitable for application on wooden or plywood formwork to obtain excellent fair-faced concrete finishes.
EMULSFORM must be diluted in the recommended ratios, taking care not to use excessively cold water and always pouring the compound into the water, not vice versa.
Directions for use: EMULSFORM is mixed with water at a ratio of 1 part EMULSFORM to 10 parts water. Before applying the release agent, it is recommended to remove any foreign materials or fragments of concrete from the formwork.
Application: by spray, brush, or roller.
Consumption: approximately 1 L / 80 m2 of surface; yield mainly depends on the wear condition of the wood used.
